My Screens is blank and can't get sound. Blue light is on and not blinking. Red lamp is not blinking. The lamp is working but no picture.

Could you describe little more, like do you get sound? Can you see the tv menu? Dose your tv turn on then shut off? Dose it make any noise from the back of the tv? How long ago did you buy it?
