P.S. the ballast is new, lamp is new. color wheel should be good.
What caused this problem?

I have a humming noise, it goes away as soon as you power down, I can still hear the fans running so they aren't the problem, but wasn't sure if it was the color wheel or if it could be the ballast, not sure if it makes a noise or not Just FYI that I unpluged the power cables for the fans to listen...

When start the TV, it works for 1 minute then the picture loses red color and become dark green. It makes no response to remote. I can't switch channels, can't adjust sound vol, can't turn off. any ideas? thanks!

the easy way to find out is put into a new lamp.
